Create a Course from a Document — Turn an SOP or Training Manual into an Online Course
Most organizations already have their training content in standard operating procedures, policy PDFs, and printed manuals. Training admins can now upload one of those documents from the Courses page, and the platform builds a draft course from it, organizing the document's sections into lessons. The course stays a draft until you review and publish it, so nothing reaches employees or triggers enrollments until you are ready. If a conversion does not succeed, the import stays on the page with its status so you can see what happened and try again.
Use case: A safety manager uploads the 12-page forklift operating procedure as a PDF and gets a draft course with a lesson for each section, which they edit and publish the same afternoon instead of rebuilding it by hand.

Scheduled Training Reports — Automatically Email Training Compliance Reports
Every Training report now has a Schedule option next to Export CSV. A schedule keeps the report's current filters and emails the CSV daily, weekly, or monthly at 7:00 AM in your organization's time zone. Recipients are limited to people who are allowed to view Training reports. Date-based reports cover the period since the previous send. A Scheduled page lists every schedule with its next send and the result of the last one, and you can edit, pause, resume, send immediately, or delete a schedule from there.
Use case: An HR director has the course completion report for the warehouse locations emailed to each site manager every Monday morning, so overdue compliance training is followed up without anyone logging in to pull the numbers.

Password Manager in the Chrome Extension — Access Shared Team Passwords from the Browser
The MangoApps for Chrome side panel now includes Password Manager. When you are on a sign-in page, logins saved for that site appear first. You can search all your entries or filter by Personal, Team, and Favorites, copy a username or password, view one-time codes with their countdown, and save a new login with a generated password. Copied passwords are cleared from the clipboard after 30 seconds, even if the panel has been closed. If your organization requires identity verification before a password is shown, you verify in the panel and the same attempt limits and lockout as the web app apply. Every copy and reveal is recorded in the audit log, as it is on the web.
Use case: A store manager signing in to a supplier portal opens the side panel, sees the team's shared login for that site at the top, and copies the password without looking it up in a spreadsheet or asking a coworker.
