My Tasks Bulk Actions — bulk delete, start, and set due dates for tasks
Individual tasks can now be deleted directly from the three-dot menu on the task card, Kanban view, and detail panel — without navigating to the Manage board. On the List view, a new checkbox column and select-all control let users bulk-start tasks, bulk-set a due date, or bulk-delete in one step. The action confirms how many tasks were affected and how many were skipped, so users always know what changed. Recurring tasks support deleting the entire series at once. Permission rules are consistent with the Manage board: task authors and admins can delete; workspace to-dos and other users' assignments are protected.
Use case: A team lead clears completed personal tasks at the end of the week by selecting all and choosing Delete — instead of opening each task individually.

Leave Management Payroll Reconciliation Report — cross-employee, cross-leave-type payroll reconciliation
Previously, reconciling paid leave for a pay period meant opening the Bank Statement one employee and one leave type at a time. A new Payroll Reconciliation tab in Leave Compliance Reports shows every employee in scope as a single row, with one column per leave type showing approved paid hours, unpaid hours, hours pending approval, and closing balance — all in one view. A summary card at the top totals across all employees; the footer row sums every column. Clicking any cell drills into that employee's Bank Statement filtered to the same leave type and range, so figures are always consistent between the two reports. The report exports to CSV with a TOTAL row and supports date-range, location, and leave-type filters. Built for large tenants: page loads in under a second and a full CSV for tens of thousands of employees completes in a few seconds.
Use case: A payroll administrator reconciling a bi-weekly pay period exports a single spreadsheet showing every employee's approved leave hours by type — no manual aggregation needed.

AI Notes Notification Control — per-user control over "meeting notes ready" notifications
When AI Notes finishes processing a meeting, it sends an inbox notification to the meeting owner. Users who attend many meetings found this noisy but had no reliable way to turn it off — the preference existed in the desktop client but was not being read, so the notification fired regardless. This preference is now honoured: when a user turns it off, no notification is sent. A new web toggle ("Notify me when my notes are ready" / "Stop 'notes are ready' messages") appears in the More menu on the AI Notes meetings list, so web users can manage the setting without leaving the app. The existing per-category control under Account Settings → Notifications remains available for users who want to manage all AI Notepad notifications together.
Use case: A manager who attends 8–10 meetings a day turns off "notes are ready" notifications from the meetings list, keeping their inbox focused on items that need action.
Available in: AI Notes → Meetings → More menu → Notification preference
