Voice Recording in Forms — record audio responses directly in a form field

Form builders can now enable in-browser audio recording on any Audio Upload field. When the option is on, respondents see a record button alongside the standard file upload control — they tap record, speak, tap stop, review a playback, and submit. The recording travels through exactly the same path as an uploaded file, and the feature works on both desktop and mobile, as well as on anonymous public form portals. Builders set a maximum duration (5 seconds to 30 minutes) per field, and the toggle is off by default so existing forms are unaffected. This is useful any time a typed answer is too slow or too cold — incident reports, customer testimonials, training check-ins, or voice-tagged inspection notes.

Use case: A field technician filling out a daily inspection report on a tablet holds down record, describes what they found at the site, and submits the clip as part of the form — no separate app, no file to locate and attach.

Remove Attachments from Forms — clear or deselect uploaded files before submitting a form response

Respondents can now remove individual files from attachment fields before submitting. Previously, once a file was staged, the only option was to replace it with a different one — there was no way to get back to "nothing attached," and on multi-file fields no way to drop just one of several. A small remove control now appears beside each staged file, and removing it rebuilds the field's file list so the respondent can re-upload or leave the field empty. The change covers all attachment field types (standard upload, image upload, audio upload) and both the signed-in form and the anonymous public portal. This reduces incorrect submissions caused by accidentally picking the wrong document.

Use case: An employee completing an expense report selects the wrong receipt, notices the mistake before submitting, removes that file, and attaches the correct one — without having to abandon the form and start over.

Image Gallery Navigation in Libraries — browse images in sequence from the media viewer

The media viewer now includes previous and next arrows so users can page through every image in a library category without returning to the listing between each one. The viewer opens at the selected image, shows its position in the set (for example, "3 / 14"), and respects whatever sort order the category listing is using — alphabetical, by date, or custom — so the arrows always match the sequence visible on the page. Navigation wraps correctly at the ends of the category, and arrows are disabled when there is no earlier or later image. Videos are excluded from the sequence and open individually, as before. This makes media-heavy libraries — photo galleries, product imagery, before/after sets — significantly faster to review.

Use case: A marketing coordinator reviewing a batch of event photos opens the first image, then clicks through each one in sequence to approve them, without having to return to the category grid after every photo.
