Company Events — Browse, register for, and manage company events inside your calendar

Calendar now ships a dedicated Company Events module. Employees can discover upcoming events on desktop and mobile, see capacity, and register to attend without leaving the platform. Organizers get a registration management panel to track attendance, manage waitlists, and communicate updates. Events surface across the workspace — in the calendar widget, global search, digital signage, and AI assistants — so nothing gets buried in an email thread or a separate tool.

Use case: An HR team schedules a town hall for 400 employees. Organizers track live RSVPs in their panel, the event appears on every employee's calendar widget, and frontline workers see it on lobby signage — with one record driving all of it.

Power Tables PHI Controls — Protect sensitive health data stored in Power Tables

Admins can now designate any Power Table as containing Protected Health Information. Once flagged, that table is removed from AI assistant responses, webhook automations, public widgets, row mining, and scheduled exports until an authorized user explicitly acknowledges the access and the action is logged to the audit trail. This gives compliance and IT teams a clear, enforceable boundary around sensitive data without needing to move it to a separate system.

Use case: A benefits team stores leave of absence records in Power Tables. With the PHI flag set, those rows stay out of AI-generated reports and third-party webhook payloads — and any manual export requires a logged acknowledgment before the file downloads.

Solution Pack Self-Serve Signup — Get a full solution running in minutes with a 14-day free trial

Organizations can now sign up for a complete solution pack — Workforce Management, HR Operations, Field Service Suite, Talent Acquisition, and more than 20 others — through a single self-serve flow. The pack provisions a tenant with every included app enabled and licensed on a shared 14-day trial clock, so teams can evaluate the full solution from day one rather than enabling apps one by one. Individual app sign-ups are now available for 90 apps as well, each priced in its own unit and billing model (per operator, per agent, per screen, or metered usage).

Use case: A logistics company evaluating workforce management can sign up for the Workforce Management Pack and immediately access Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Shift Distribution, and Absence Management — all pre-configured and ready to test with their own data.
