Procurement: Issue Stock to a Project — Bill warehouse inventory withdrawals to a project budget

Warehouse and facilities teams can now issue stock directly to a project and have the cost land in the right place — no manual journal entry required. The new "Issue to Project" flow is available from three entry points: a service desk ticket's parts card, the warehouse counter, and a new contractor self-service portal. In every case, the withdrawal is locked to a project code, the project's budget is updated in the same transaction as the stock movement, and the chargeback report reflects the charge (and any returns) accurately.

The contractor portal extends the existing vendor platform: contractors browse a curated catalog, submit a materials request, and an internal reviewer assigns the project code before approving — so contractors never see stock levels, unit costs, or project codes, but their requests still land on the right job.

Use case: A maintenance technician pulls a replacement part from the warehouse to fix a broken HVAC unit for a renovation project — the stock deduction and the $47 charge both post to the project code automatically, and the project's remaining budget updates in real time.

Company Store: Stock-aware Variant Picker with Per-Color Mockups — Prevent impossible purchases for Printful merchandise

When employees browse Printful-integrated products in the Company Store, color and size now appear as two separate labeled selectors instead of a single flat list of repeated option names. As a selection is made, options that cannot be fulfilled — a colorway not available in a given size — are visually disabled rather than allowed through to checkout. The server also validates the combination before debiting points, so no checkout path (web, mobile, API, or assisted redemption) can confirm an order that Printful cannot ship.

Product pages now display a rendered mockup image for each colorway in the gallery, replacing the tightly-cropped thumbnail that previously served as the hero image.

Use case: An employee selecting a branded hoodie in Maroon immediately sees that XL is unavailable in that color, and can switch to Navy without losing their selection or hitting a failed-order error after points have been spent.

Training: Reviews and Q&A from Mobile — Full learning feedback experience on mobile and via API

Mobile users can now participate in all training feedback interactions — posting star ratings and written reviews for courses and learning paths, asking questions, replying to existing threads, upvoting answers, and marking the best answer on a thread. Previously these actions were only available on the web; the mobile app could display reviews and Q&A but not contribute to them.

The same endpoints are available to third-party integrations via the native API, making it straightforward to surface training feedback in external dashboards or integrate it into broader learning workflows.

Use case: A field technician completes a safety certification course on their phone and leaves a five-star review with notes for colleagues — without switching to a desktop.
