Product Update - August 22, 2026
Sign Contracts Directly from the Contract Page — e-signature without leaving the contract
Signers can now complete their signature directly from the contract record, without needing to return to their invitation email. A banner at the top of the contract page shows each signer their current status — ready to sign, waiting for a prior signer, link expired, or request already complete — and offers the signing action inline. The E-Signature Status card also now displays a full signer roster, so the contract owner can see at a glance who has signed and who is still outstanding, rather than seeing only "Sent" with no further detail.
Use case: A vendor receives a contract for review, logs in to read it, and can sign immediately from the same page — no need to search their inbox for the original invitation email.
Available in: Contracts → Contract record → E-Signature Status · also E-Signature (native signatures only; DocuSign and similar third-party envelopes are managed by the provider)
All Spend Types on the Mango Spend Dashboard — unified expense activity in one card
The Mango Spend dashboard now shows recent activity across all four expense types — reimbursement reports, pre-approvals, corporate card receipts, and vendor bills — in a single "My Recent Activity" card. Previously the card listed only reimbursements, leaving employees who filed pre-approvals, logged card receipts, or submitted vendor invoices with no quick way to check their recent submissions from the dashboard. Each spend type appears only when the tenant has it enabled, and the card collapses to a single list when only one type is in use.
Use case: An employee who filed a reimbursement request, matched a corporate card receipt, and submitted a pre-approval this week can now see the status of all three from one screen, without navigating to each report type separately.
Available in: Mango Spend → Dashboard → My Recent Activity
Rejection Letters on the Candidate Timeline — full outreach history for every candidate
When a rejection letter is sent to a job applicant — whether manually, via bulk reject, through auto-reject when a role is filled, or by the recruiting agent — the event now appears in the candidate's timeline with the email subject, the timestamp, and the sender. Previously there was no record of this communication visible to the recruiter, making it impossible to tell at a glance whether a rejection had already gone out or to confirm when it was sent.
Use case: A recruiter reviewing a candidate who applied two weeks ago can immediately see that a rejection email was sent on August 18 without having to search their sent mail or ask a colleague.
Available in: Job Board → Candidate record → Timeline (Email events)
