Bulk PDF Export for Performance Reviews — export multiple employee reviews to PDF at once
The Team Reviews list now includes an Export selected to PDF option in the Export dropdown. Managers and HR admins can check any number of reviews, trigger a background export, and collect a single ZIP file — containing one branded PDF per employee — directly in the app when the job completes. An in-app notification fires when the download is ready; no email attachment is used, since these documents contain employee ratings and manager commentary. An Export all to PDF option is also available for full-cycle snapshots.
Use case: An HR business partner preparing for a calibration session selects the 14 reviews in their business unit, kicks off the export, and has a complete PDF packet ready before the meeting starts — without opening each review individually.

Form Submission Time Zones — know whose clock a time answer reflects
When a respondent fills in a Time or Date & Time field on a form, their local time zone is now captured at the moment they submit and displayed alongside their answer — for example, "09:00 EDT" rather than a bare "09:00." The label appears in the submission detail view and in single-submission CSV exports. The recorded time is never converted; the zone is added purely as context, so an incident report that reads "09:00 PDT" is unambiguous to a reviewer in any other region.
Use case: A safety coordinator reviewing incident reports submitted by workers across three time zones can immediately see each timestamp in its original local context, without having to ask the submitter to clarify.

Edit Recognitions and Awards — correct a recognition after it posts
Recognition authors can now edit the message and company value tag on a recognition they have posted, as long as it is still active. Recognition moderators can also amend the citation on an award. Edits are re-screened by the same AI moderation gate as new recognitions and are available through the recognition detail screen, the mobile app, and the API. Recipient, point value, visibility, and program details remain immutable so nothing re-notifies or re-broadcasts. A no-change submission is detected and skipped without a write.
Use case: An employee who posted a team shout-out realizes they tagged the wrong company value — they can correct it from the recognition card without asking a moderator to delete and re-create the post.
