Product Update - July 11, 2026
SOP Hub — AI-Assisted Authoring & Read Attestation — AI-drafted SOPs, document import, and e-signature completion
SOP Hub now lets authors create procedures in seconds by describing what the SOP should cover — the AI produces a full draft that the author refines — or by uploading an existing PDF or Word document for automatic text extraction and AI restructuring. At the end of any SOP, employees can now sign a read-and-understood attestation (an electronic acknowledgement logged against their name and timestamp), giving compliance teams a verifiable completion record. Admins also gain a new audit-trail view showing every publish, archive, and completion event per SOP, and an action-capable AI agent for HR and admin roles to publish, unpublish, or archive SOPs directly through the Ask AI interface. In-app bell notifications now accompany email alerts at each SOP lifecycle milestone, and a background sweep job automatically flags procedures past their recertification window.
Use case: A safety manager uploads last quarter's PDF safety brief, reviews the AI-extracted draft, publishes it, and confirms each field worker's attestation without any paper signature forms.
Available in: SOP Hub → SOPs → New SOP (AI Draft / Import) · SOP detail → Completion Attestation · Admin → Audit Trail
Wikis Template Gallery — Ready-to-use wiki templates with color coding and live preview
The Wikis template library now includes six default templates — Standard Policy, How-To Guide, Meeting Notes, Onboarding Checklist, Incident Report, and FAQ — each with pre-written body content ready to adapt. Templates are displayed in a four-column gallery with color-tinted icon tiles so teams can identify categories at a glance. Before selecting a template, authors can open a full preview dialog that renders the template body, with options to use it directly or open it in the editor. Authors creating their own templates can now assign a color and icon from an expanded set (including checklist and question-circle icons), giving the gallery a consistent, scannable look at any scale.
Use case: A new team member drafting the department's first Incident Report opens the template gallery, previews the Incident Report template, selects it, and has a structured draft in under a minute.

Talent Hub — AI Insights & Stalled-Candidate Nudges — AI-powered recruiting intelligence and automated candidate engagement
Talent Hub now surfaces an AI-generated insights panel on the recruiting dashboard, where hiring managers can see pipeline health analysis, predicted time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness commentary — all refreshed in the background so the data is current without a manual trigger. A new stalled-candidate nudge system detects applicants who have gone quiet at a stage for longer than the configured threshold and automatically sends a personalized follow-up email, with a summary card in the Action Center so recruiters can see who was nudged. Recruiting leaders can also set up recurring report schedules — weekly or monthly — delivering pipeline summaries, diversity snapshots, or EEO compliance reports directly to their inbox on a set cadence.
Use case: A recruiting manager starts Monday with an email digest showing last week's pipeline movement, opens the AI insights panel to see which role is trending behind, and finds the three stalled candidates already nudged by the system over the weekend.
Available in: Talent Hub → Dashboard → AI Insights · Candidates → Action Center · Reports → Schedule Reports
