Coverage Sweep: Shelf-Level Grid Tracking — per-shelf mobile inspection tracking for warehouses and retail

The Inspections mobile sweep runner now tracks inventory coverage at the shelf level — each bay and vertical level position can be individually marked as passed or flagged, replacing the previous coarse bay-counter approach. Coverage ratios on the dashboard and the web tablet cockpit are derived directly from the shelf grid, so what a mobile inspector sees in the field matches exactly what managers see on the web. Aisles without grid data continue to use the existing bay-frontier mode, so existing sweep workflows are unaffected.

Use case: A distribution center supervisor running a nightly stock sweep can check off individual shelves (e.g., Aisle 3 → Bay 5 → Level 2) as verified on their phone, and the operations dashboard immediately shows 37 of 120 shelves confirmed — not just "bay 5 of 15."

Practice Hub: AI Coach Chat, Exemplar Generation & Team Skill Radar — AI-powered coaching and manager visibility for communication skills

Practice Hub adds three major capabilities for learners and managers. Learners can now open a coach chat after any scored roleplay and ask follow-up questions — the AI answers are grounded in the learner's own transcript, rubric criteria, and the scorer's commentary, not generic advice. For any rubric criterion where a learner scored below the target band, they can request an AI-generated "Show me what a 95 looks like" exemplar to see exactly what top performance sounds like in that specific scenario. Managers gain a Team Skill Radar: a single view showing each direct report's competency scores across all practiced scenarios, with one-click targeted assignment to close the gaps that matter most.

Use case: A sales manager sees that two reps on their team consistently score below target on objection handling in the enterprise demo scenario — they click the gap in the radar and assign the relevant practice scenario to both reps directly from the dashboard.

Available in: Practice Hub → Scorecard → Coach Chat; Manager Dashboard → Team Skill Radar

Global Search: Shifts, Leave Requests & Recognition — find workforce records, time-off requests, and recognition from anywhere in the platform

The platform-wide search palette now includes three new result categories — shifts (your own and your team's), leave requests, and public recognition posts — each scoped to what the signed-in user is permitted to see. In the same update, over a dozen categories that the search service already computed but never displayed (safety checklists, SOPs, sites, workspaces, comms hub messages, contracts, onboarding checklists, and more) are now fully rendered in search results. Employees no longer need to know which app holds a record — one search surfaces it.

Use case: An operations lead searching for a colleague's recognition shout-out, an upcoming shift swap, or a pending leave request can find all three from the same search bar without switching between apps.

Available in: Search → Global Search Palette → All Categories
