Group Recognition — Recognize multiple employees in a single post

Recognition now supports multi-recipient fan-out: a giver selects up to 50 teammates from a searchable multi-select, and the platform creates one recognition post per recipient — all tied together in a single group. The feed and recognition wall automatically collapse group posts into one card that lists all honorees, keeping the experience clean for viewers while giving each recipient a dedicated record and points credit. Suggested-teammate chips now add recipients to the selection instead of navigating away, and a live points-cost hint updates as more people are added.

Use case: A team lead wraps up a successful product launch and recognizes all nine engineers on the project in one step — each person gets their own notification and recognition record, and the wall shows a single celebratory post listing the whole team.

Award Cycle Automation — Recurring nomination cycles with automated engagement workflows

Nomination award cycles can now run on a recurring cadence — monthly, quarterly, or annually — without manual intervention. Each cycle automatically sends open and closing-soon notifications to participants, surfaces a feed banner during the active window, and triggers winner announcement posts and emails when results are published. Cycle admins can draft and review the announcement before it goes live, and nominees and winners each receive a personal appreciation email. A new equity and coverage analytics view lets HR teams track nomination participation across teams, departments, and locations to ensure the program reaches the whole organization.

Use case: An HR team sets up a quarterly "Above and Beyond" award cycle once — the platform opens nominations, sends reminders as the deadline approaches, and distributes winner announcements automatically each quarter, with no manual follow-up.

Each employee now has access to a personalized Recognition Wrapped recap that surfaces the highlights of their recognition year: posts given and received, top company values they celebrated, colleagues they recognized most, and standout moments. The recap is shareable and designed to surface the depth of an employee's participation in the recognition culture — giving managers and HR teams a quick, engaging snapshot of team engagement over the year.

Use case: During an annual performance conversation, a manager opens their report's Recognition Wrapped to review specific examples of peer feedback, values demonstrated, and milestone moments — without hunting through individual posts.
