Broadcast Audience Targeting — Attribute-based employee targeting for broadcasts
The Broadcasts recipient picker has been redesigned around a unified chip-based audience builder. Instead of choosing from pre-saved groups only, authors can now target by department, location, job title, role (admin / manager / member), specific people, or a single one-click "Everyone" chip — with each criterion resolved in real time so the live audience count updates as the selection changes. Multiple chips are unioned automatically, and all paths feed into the same send pipeline, so message delivery works the same way regardless of how the audience was built.
Use case: An HR manager needs to reach all warehouse supervisors across three locations. She adds a "Location: Chicago" chip, a "Location: Dallas" chip, and a "Job Title: Supervisor" chip — the drawer footer shows the deduplicated count instantly, and she sends without needing a pre-built saved group.

Accounting Data Sync for Mango Spend — Pull invoices and financial records from NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
Mango Spend can now pull financial data inbound from a connected accounting system. Invoices, chart of accounts, payments, expenses, and their line items sync from NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Sage into a new Accounting Data section in the admin area. A per-tab "Pull" button triggers an on-demand refresh, and webhooks keep the data current automatically when the accounting system pushes changes. The data is business-scoped and only accessible to admins who already have Accounting Sync enabled.
Use case: A finance admin wants to verify that vendor invoices recorded in NetSuite match what field managers submitted through Mango Spend — she opens Accounting Data, filters by vendor, and compares line items without leaving the platform.
Available in: Mango Spend → Accounting Data (admin only, requires Accounting Sync integration)
Skills & Certifications Notification Settings — Configurable alerts for certification lifecycle events
Admins can now control who is notified — and for which events — across the full certification lifecycle. Six notification events are configurable: certification expiring, certification expired, certification assigned, self-claim submitted, self-claim decided, and role-gap detected. For each event, admins toggle which roles receive the alert (employee, manager, admin) and can add arbitrary email addresses for external stakeholders or compliance mailboxes. All event fan-out is routed through a single dispatcher so disabling an event suppresses delivery to every configured recipient.
Use case: A compliance officer wants the employee's direct manager notified 30 days before a safety certification expires, and wants a shared compliance inbox copied on every expiry — both can now be configured per-event without any code changes.
