Service Desk Conditional Field Logic — Advanced AND/OR visibility rules for custom request form fields
Request type forms in Service Desk now support conditional field rules with full AND/OR logic and a rich set of operators: equals, not equals, is one of, is not one of, is empty, and is not empty. Admins can chain conditions across multiple fields — for example, showing a "Manager approval required" field only when the priority is Critical and the category is Infrastructure. Fields can also be marked required-if, not just visible-if, under the same conditions. All existing simple depends_on configurations continue to work without any migration.
Use case: An IT admin sets up a laptop request form where a "Justification" field appears and becomes required only when the requester's department is Engineering and the requested model is over a set price threshold — no custom scripting needed.

Procurement Eligibility Rules — Per-item control over who can place supply orders
Inventory item eligibility in Procurement was previously tied to a single hardcoded attribute (practice level). Admins can now choose any employee attribute — job title, cost center, or a configured custom field — to determine which employees are allowed to order a given item. When job title is selected, a searchable multi-select picker draws from the company's standardized job title catalog, eliminating free-text mismatches. The setting lives in each item's configuration and defaults to open access when no eligibility rule is set.
Use case: An operations manager configures PPE items so that only employees with job titles in the "Field Technician" or "Site Supervisor" categories can request them, ensuring compliance without manual approval steps.
