HR File Visibility Control — Simplified employee document access permissions with live preview
Managing who can see sensitive HR documents — pay stubs, tax forms, performance records — previously required navigating overlapping confidentiality and access level settings that were easy to misconfigure. HR File Manager now uses a single audience selector: Private to HR, Employee Only, Employee & Reporting Chain, Specific Roles, or All Employees. A sensitive flag adds an optional approval step on top. As admins configure access on any file's new or edit screen, a live visibility preview card updates in real time to show exactly which employees and roles will have access — before the file is saved.
Use case: An HR administrator uploads a performance improvement plan and sets the audience to "Employee & Reporting Chain" — the preview instantly confirms that only the employee and their direct managers will see it, with no ambiguity about who else might have access.

Benefits Enrollment Email Previews — See exactly what enrollment notification emails look like before enabling them
Benefits admins configure a range of automated notification emails — enrollment confirmations, pending approvals, period openings, dependent verification requests, qualifying life event submissions — but had no way to see how those emails would render for employees without triggering a real send. Each notification toggle on the settings page now includes a preview button that opens a modal rendering of the actual email template with realistic mock data, using the same pattern already available in EPMS. The settings page itself has also been reorganized into four focused tabs (Notifications, Compliance, Automation, and Eligibility) to reduce scroll and make configuration faster.
Use case: Before opening the annual enrollment period, a benefits manager previews the "Enrollment Period Open" email, spots that the company name in the footer needs updating, and fixes it before a single employee receives the notification.

Benefits Admin: Multi-Plan Filter & Coverage Tier Column — Faster enrollment auditing across benefit plans
Benefits admins managing organizations with multiple health, dental, vision, and ancillary plans previously had to filter the enrollments list one plan at a time and click into each record to determine the coverage tier an employee selected. The Plan filter is now a multi-select dropdown, allowing admins to choose any combination of plans and see results in a single view. A new Coverage column displays the enrollment tier — Employee Only, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Children, or Employee + Family — directly in the list, eliminating the need to open individual records during audits or during open enrollment review.
Use case: During open enrollment verification, a benefits coordinator filters the list to three specific plans simultaneously and exports the view to confirm all eligible employees have selected a coverage tier — without opening a single individual record.
