Interactive Report Builder with AI Suggestions — custom workforce reports with AI-powered suggestions

The Analytics Hub now includes a fully interactive report builder that replaces manual query authoring with a guided, step-by-step interface. Managers and admins can select columns, apply filters, define groupings and sort orders, then preview results live before saving — all without writing any query syntax. An integrated AI Suggest feature analyzes the report intent and recommends relevant columns, metrics, grouping fields, and filters, significantly reducing the time needed to configure complex workforce reports. Template-based starting points are also available so common report structures can be reused across teams.

Use case: An operations manager who needs a weekly headcount report by department and shift type can open the builder, describe the goal to the AI, accept the suggested columns and filters, preview the results, and save the report as a template — in a fraction of the time it previously took.
