Disciplinary Actions in EPMS — employee disciplinary action tracking and escalation in performance management
HR admins and managers can now record and manage disciplinary actions directly within the Employee Performance Management System (EPMS). Each action supports configurable escalation workflows, automatic expiration tracking, and severity-level classification — from verbal warnings through formal notices. Disciplinary history integrates with flight risk analytics, so at-risk employee signals are informed by conduct patterns alongside performance data.
Use case: An HR manager issues a written warning to an employee, sets a 90-day expiration, and initiates an escalation review — all within EPMS — while the system automatically flags the employee in the flight risk dashboard.

Succession Hub: Talent Reports & Bench Strength Analytics — succession planning with time-in-role analytics and internal talent pool management
Succession Hub now includes a comprehensive set of talent intelligence tools. Talent stagnation reports identify employees who have been in their current role longer than expected benchmarks, while time-in-role analytics surface patterns across departments and job levels. The employee comparison feature lets HR teams evaluate candidates side-by-side for succession readiness. Bench strength analytics provide coverage and readiness scores for key roles, and internal talent pools can be built and managed with skills-based and diversity criteria.
Use case: A succession planner identifies three high-potential employees with over four years in the same role, compares them on skills and performance scores, and adds them to a diversity-focused talent pool for a director-level opening.

Training Records Management in Training Connect — LMS training record tracking, reporting, and bulk sync for HR and L&D teams
Training Connect now includes a dedicated Training Records module that gives HR and L&D administrators a centralized view of all LMS training activity. Admins can filter records by employee, training category, certification status, or skills developed, and run reports across any combination of these dimensions. Bulk sync functionality keeps training records current with the connected LMS without manual updates.
Use case: An L&D administrator needs to verify certification compliance for a department before an audit — she filters training records by certification type and exports the report directly from Training Connect.
