Offer Manager Salary Benchmarking — compensation benchmarks and market analysis for HR teams
Offer Manager now includes dedicated Compensation Benchmarks and Market Analysis pages, giving HR and recruiting teams access to structured market data directly within the offer workflow. Teams can review benchmark ranges and market positioning before finalizing a compensation package, reducing reliance on external tools and spreadsheets. This helps organizations make faster, more defensible pay decisions that stay competitive without overpaying.
Use case: A recruiter preparing an offer for a senior engineer can pull up the compensation benchmark page, see the market range for that role and location, and set a salary that aligns with internal equity and market competitiveness — all without leaving Offer Manager.

Recruiting Sources Management — track and manage hiring channel effectiveness
Admins can now create and manage a full list of recruiting sources — such as LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, or agency partners — directly within the Job Board settings. Each source can be activated or deactivated, and candidates can be tagged with a source at application time, enabling teams to measure which channels produce the most hires. This replaces manual tracking and gives recruiting teams clear, actionable data on where to invest their sourcing budget.
Use case: A talent acquisition manager notices that a third-party staffing agency is producing few qualified candidates. With recruiting source tracking, they can see the data, deactivate the source, and reallocate budget to a referral program that has a higher conversion rate.
