Benefits Enrollment in Onboarding Hub — Automated benefits enrollment tasks for new hires during employee onboarding

New hires now automatically receive a benefits enrollment task as part of their onboarding checklist, eliminating the need for HR to manually assign or follow up on enrollment separately. Administrators can configure the enrollment window — defining how many days a new employee has to complete their selections — and the onboarding dashboard displays real-time enrollment status so HR can see at a glance who has enrolled, who has pending actions, and who has missed the window. The integration connects the Benefits Management and Onboarding Hub apps with no disruption to businesses not using both.

Use case: An HR coordinator onboards a new employee and immediately sees their benefits enrollment task appear in the onboarding checklist, with a deadline enforced by the configured enrollment window — no manual follow-up required.

Available in: Onboarding Hub → Onboarding Plan → Benefits Enrollment

Delete Timesheet Entries — Remove incorrect or duplicate timesheet records

Managers and authorized users can now delete individual timesheet entries directly from the timesheet and approval views. The system enforces permission and state checks so that only entries in an editable state can be removed — finalized or approved entries are protected from accidental deletion. This gives teams a cleaner way to correct mistakes in time tracking without needing to contact an administrator or work around locked records.

Use case: A manager reviewing timesheets spots a duplicate entry submitted in error and deletes it before the payroll approval cycle closes, keeping the record accurate without requiring any special workaround.

Available in: Time & Attendance → Timesheets → Entry Actions

Late Clock-In Warning — Real-time late arrival notification for scheduled shifts

When an employee clocks in after their scheduled shift start time, they now see an immediate warning indicating exactly how many minutes late they are and that their manager will be notified. This brings transparency to late arrivals at the moment they happen, helping employees stay accountable and giving managers the context they need without having to review attendance logs after the fact.

Use case: A frontline employee clocks in 12 minutes after their shift was scheduled to start and sees a clear message on screen noting the delay and that their supervisor has been informed — no ambiguity on either side.

Available in: Shifts & Schedules → Attendance → Clock In
