Structured Check-In Answers — Team check-ins with ratings, yes/no and multiple-choice answers

Question check-ins in Workspaces used to accept only written replies. They can now ask for one of several answer types: pick one from a list, yes or no, a number with an optional range (1 to 5 makes a rating), or a date. Each answer can carry an optional comment. Above the replies, the results show a tally for each cycle: how many people picked each choice, and the average, lowest and highest for numbers. Earlier cycles stay available for comparison. Team leads get a status they can read at a glance without going through every reply, and answering takes members a few seconds on desktop or phone.

Use case: A project lead runs a weekly "How confident are you in the launch date?" check-in on a 1–5 scale and watches the team's average move from week to week, with each person's comment explaining their score.

Warehouse Overview — Inventory and stock dashboard for warehouse teams

The Procurement home page now has a Warehouse section for the people who manage stock and pick orders. It shows low-stock and out-of-stock items, the five items that need restocking most urgently, orders waiting to be picked, deliveries waiting to be received, and recent stock movements in and out. Admins also see total stock value and value by category. A location picker narrows the view to one site. Staff assigned to specific locations see only their own shelves. The same tiles and pick queue appear on the mobile dashboard. The inventory list also gains an "Out of Stock Only" filter.

Use case: A warehouse supervisor opens Procurement at the start of a shift, sees three orders waiting to be picked and two items out of stock at their location, and works the pick queue from their phone on the floor.

Change a Column's Type — Convert a table column type without losing data

A Power Tables column's type used to be fixed once the column was created, so correcting a mistake meant adding a new column and moving the data across by hand. Admins can now change the type of an existing column, for example from text to a choice list, a number or a date, directly in the column editor. Every value is kept. If some values can't be converted, the editor says which ones are in the way rather than changing anything.

Use case: An operations admin who imported a supplier list with "Status" as a free-text column turns it into a choice column, so the existing values become selectable options and filters work on them straight away.
