Livestreaming Mobile Chat & Q&A Controls — Delete your own live chat message or withdraw a question from your phone

Phone viewers attending a livestreamed town hall or all-hands can now remove their own chat messages and withdraw their own pending questions — actions that were already available on desktop but missing from the mobile experience. Because mobile is the default surface for most frontline and deskless employees, viewers who typed a message by mistake or reconsidered a question had no way to correct it on the device they were using. The controls are intentionally limited to the author's own content, keeping the existing rule that Q&A moderation on mobile is handled by the event host.

Use case: An employee watching a company-wide all-hands on their phone submits a question, then realizes it was already answered — they can now withdraw it before it rises in the upvote queue, without switching to a desktop browser.

Sites Dashboard Pending Work — See what needs your attention across all your sites

The Sites dashboard now leads with three actionable panels: page reviews awaiting your decision, scheduled publishes (with overdue items shown first), and pages approaching their staleness date. Previously, the dashboard showed only aggregate counts and a list of recent sites while a badge in the sidebar was the only signal that review work was waiting. The new panels surface the specific pages that need action so site owners and editors can act directly rather than navigating through the sidebar.

Use case: A communications manager opens the Sites dashboard on Monday morning and immediately sees two policy pages overdue for scheduled publishing and three pages flagged for review — without needing to check each site individually.

Sites Consistent Page Presentation — Set container width and layout once for the whole site

Visual mode — the setting that controls container width, section spacing, and hero size — can now be set at the site level and inherited by every page under it. Previously, the mode was stored per page with no site-level override, and no editor exposed the setting at all. The result was that pages on the same site rendered at inconsistent widths depending on how they were created. Admins can now define the presentation style once for a site, and page authors can override it only when they have a deliberate reason to.

Use case: A company intranet team wants all pages in their "Benefits Hub" site to use the same wide-layout presentation — they set it once on the site and every new page inherits it automatically.
