Job Description Re-acknowledgment Campaigns — Periodic employee re-signing for job description compliance

HR administrators can now configure an acknowledgment cadence (for example, every 12 months) and launch targeted campaigns that ask every current job holder to re-sign their description — even when the document itself has not changed. The platform tracks exactly who has been asked within each campaign, skips employees who already have an open request, and surfaces live progress on the Acknowledgments report so HR teams can see who has signed and who is still outstanding without building manual spreadsheet trackers. Re-acknowledgment asks are deduplicated: running the same campaign twice does not create duplicate requests, and a holder who leaves the job title has their open request automatically withdrawn.

Use case: A compliance officer configures an annual cadence for all active job descriptions. On the first of each month the platform opens a campaign, notifies the relevant employees, and the Acknowledgments report shows real-time progress — no manual follow-up list required.

Company Store Watchlist & Order Cancellation — API — Mobile and integration access to saved items and order management

The Company Store REST API now exposes two write capabilities that were previously web-only. Employees using a mobile client or third-party integration can save catalog items to their personal wishlist, remove them, and subscribe to back-in-stock notifications — all through a single idempotent endpoint that is safe to retry without risk of toggling state unexpectedly. Separately, both employees and store admins can cancel eligible orders through the API, with the same permission logic that governs the web cancel buttons: points are refunded, inventory is restocked, and the employee receives the same confirmation they would from a web-initiated cancel. The full OpenAPI specification has been updated to reflect these endpoints.

Use case: A company running a branded mobile app built on the MangoApps API can now let employees save items for later and cancel accidental purchases directly from their phone, without redirecting to the web interface.

Available in: Company Store → API (POST /api/v1/company-store/watchlist, DELETE /api/v1/company-store/watchlist/:item_id, POST /api/v1/company-store/orders/:order_number/cancel)
