Broadcast Auto-Escalation & Compliance Reporting — Multi-channel acknowledgment escalation and compliance tracking for employee broadcasts
When a broadcast requires acknowledgment, reminders used to resend via the same channel — if email wasn't working for a recipient, they simply went unnoticed. Auto-escalation changes that: reminders now progressively widen the delivery channel (email → adding SMS → adding voice call) until the employee responds, dramatically improving reach without manual follow-up. Alongside this, a new compliance view gives managers a full breakdown of acknowledgment status by department and location, with a one-click CSV export for audit and reporting purposes.
Use case: A safety coordinator sends a mandatory policy acknowledgment. Employees who haven't responded after the first reminder automatically receive an SMS, then a voice call — and the coordinator can export a compliance report showing exactly who acknowledged, sorted by department.

Media Attachments for Alerts — Attach photos and videos to emergency alerts
Emergency alerts can now include photo and video attachments, uploaded directly from a device or from the file drive. HEIC images (common on iPhones) are automatically converted to a browser-compatible format so recipients see the content without any manual conversion. A preview thumbnail appears inline in the alert, giving recipients immediate visual context before they open the full attachment.
Use case: A facilities manager reporting a flooded corridor can attach a photo of the hazard directly to the alert, so responders arrive with an accurate picture of the situation.

Broadcast Template Gallery — Curated, ready-to-use templates for employee communications
A central template gallery is now available within Broadcasts, offering a library of professionally written broadcast templates organized by use case and industry. Communicators can browse, preview, and import any template directly into their tenant's template library — eliminating the blank-page problem for common scenarios like safety briefings, policy announcements, and shift updates.
Use case: An HR manager preparing a benefits open-enrollment announcement can select a pre-written template from the gallery, customize it for their company, and send — rather than drafting the message structure from scratch.
