AI Compose & Insights for Broadcasts — AI-assisted broadcast writing and delivery analytics
The Broadcasts app now includes a suite of AI tools built directly into the compose workflow. Authors can generate a full broadcast from a short brief, rewrite existing content for a different tone or length, produce multiple message variants for A/B selection, and request a translation into any of 37 supported languages — all without leaving the editor. On the analytics side, an AI-powered insights card surfaces delivery trends, acknowledgment patterns, and a recommended send time based on historical engagement data. An optional autonomous drafting mode can also prepare a weekly broadcast draft in the background for review, helping communications teams maintain a consistent cadence.
Use case: A communications manager preparing a company-wide update pastes a few bullet points into the brief field, selects their target audience, and receives a polished draft with three tone variants — choosing the one that best fits the message before scheduling it for the AI-recommended send window.

Per-recipient Broadcast Translations — multilingual broadcast delivery in employees' preferred language
Broadcasts can now be delivered in each recipient's preferred language without requiring the author to maintain separate messages. Saved translations are stored alongside the broadcast, and the platform automatically selects the correct localized title and body when sending via email, push notification, or SMS. If the source content is edited after translations are saved, a stale warning prompts the author to refresh them before sending. Language badges on the broadcast detail page show which translations are available at a glance.
Use case: An organization with employees across six countries sends a single safety policy update — each employee receives the message in their own language, with no manual coordination required from the communications team.

Bulk Recipient Import for Broadcasts — paste or CSV-import employee lists when targeting a broadcast
Authors composing a broadcast can now add recipients by pasting a list of employee emails or IDs directly into a modal, or by uploading a CSV file. The platform matches entries against the employee directory, reports any unrecognized addresses, and adds confirmed matches to the recipient selection in one step. Clicking on any selected group also opens an inline member preview modal so authors can verify group composition before the broadcast goes out.
Use case: An HR team sending a time-sensitive policy update to a specific cross-functional cohort pastes the distribution list from a spreadsheet directly into the recipient field — skipping manual lookups and group creation entirely.
