Post-Review Surveys in Performance Reviews — automatically send employee feedback surveys after a performance review is approved

Performance review templates can now be linked to a survey from the Surveys app, which is automatically sent to the employee, reviewer, or both when a review is approved. Admins configure the survey and recipient selection directly in the template wizard, so no manual follow-up is required. This closes the feedback loop on every review cycle — giving HR teams structured, consistent data on the review experience without additional coordination overhead.

Use case: An HR manager configures an annual review template to automatically send a satisfaction survey to the employee once their manager approves the review, capturing candid feedback on the process while it is still fresh.
