Training LMS — built-in learning management system for employee training and compliance
MangoApps now includes a full-featured Learning Management System. Administrators can create courses made up of structured lessons and quizzes, issue completion certificates, and organize content into learning paths with prerequisites and compliance rules. Learners access a public course catalog, track their progress from a personal dashboard, and can integrate content from external training providers — all without leaving the platform.
Use case: A compliance officer sets up a mandatory annual safety training course with a pass/fail quiz and automatic certificate issuance, then assigns it to all frontline workers with a completion deadline tracked in the LMS.

Service Desk Email-to-Ticket — create support tickets by sending an email to the help desk
Employees and external customers can now submit Service Desk requests simply by sending an email to a configured support inbox. The platform automatically converts the inbound message into a ticket, assigns it according to routing rules, and sends a confirmation notification back to the sender. No login or portal visit is required to open a request.
Use case: A field technician emails the IT help desk about a broken device while on site — the message becomes a ticket instantly and they receive a confirmation with their ticket number.

Configurable Priority Hiring Funnel Fields — customize which candidate fields appear in hiring funnels
Admins can now control exactly which candidate data fields are shown in Priority Hiring Funnels. Individual fields can be enabled or disabled, and each field can be given a custom display name to match the organization's terminology. This lets recruiting teams surface the most relevant information for each role without irrelevant fields cluttering the view.
Use case: A talent acquisition lead hides fields that are not relevant to hourly roles and renames "Phone" to "Mobile" to match the terminology their hiring managers use.
