Reporting Agent PDF Export & Report Sharing — export AI-generated reports as PDF with charts and share with teammates

The Reporting Agent now supports exporting any report as a professionally formatted PDF, complete with embedded bar, line, and pie charts rendered natively alongside the underlying data tables. Reports that previously existed only on-screen can now be downloaded and distributed as polished documents suitable for meetings, presentations, or record-keeping. In addition, a new Share button on each report allows owners and administrators to share reports with specific teammates via a user search modal, giving collaborators direct access without requiring them to recreate the report themselves.

Use case: An operations manager runs a weekly labor utilization report in the Reporting Agent, exports it as a PDF with charts for the leadership meeting, then shares the live report with two regional directors so they can monitor the same data on an ongoing basis.
