Offer Manager AI Agent — AI-powered offer management with bias detection and PII protection
A new AI agent in Offer Manager automates the end-to-end offer workflow, guiding recruiters through each step of offer creation and candidate negotiation. The agent includes built-in PII protection to prevent sensitive data from leaking into AI context, a bias guard that flags potentially discriminatory language or compensation patterns, and schema validation that ensures every offer is structurally complete before it moves forward. This reduces manual review overhead and helps recruiting teams maintain compliance without slowing down the hiring process.
Use case: A recruiter drafting a compensation package for a senior engineering role is automatically prompted when the offer deviates from established salary bands, and the agent flags any language that could introduce bias before the offer is sent.

Quick Award for Instant Peer Recognition — instant manager-to-employee point awards without nominations
Managers can now award recognition points to team members instantly, without creating a formal nomination. The quick-award flow presents a streamlined interface directly from the manager's team view, with optional category selection — so awards can be meaningful without being time-consuming. Award categories are optional, making it easy to recognize everyday contributions on the spot. Recipient search uses live lookahead, keeping the experience fast even in large organizations.
Use case: A frontline manager wants to recognize an employee who covered a last-minute shift — they open Recognition Connect, find the team member, and issue a point award in seconds without filling out a nomination form.

Visual Trend Charts in Recognition Analytics — award and value trend charts for recognition programs
The Recognition Analytics page now displays two interactive charts alongside the existing data tables: an "Awards Over Time" line chart and a "Value Over Time" bar chart. Both charts update dynamically when the period filter is changed between month, quarter, and year views, giving HR teams and program managers a fast visual read on recognition activity trends. The existing detailed data tables remain in place below the charts for reference.
Use case: An HR manager reviewing end-of-quarter recognition data can immediately see whether award frequency trended up or down over the past three months, without exporting data or building a separate report.
