AI Password Manager Agent — natural language password management with Ask AI

Users can now manage their password vault entries directly through Ask AI using plain language. The Password Manager Agent handles requests to retrieve credentials for a service, add new entries, update existing passwords, or delete records — all within the same conversational interface used for other workplace queries. This removes the need to navigate a separate interface for routine credential lookups and eliminates friction for employees who manage shared service credentials.

Use case: An IT administrator types "show me the password for our staging database" in Ask AI and receives the stored credential instantly, without leaving the chat interface.

Certification Management Dashboard — employee certification tracking with expiry alerts and document upload

Admins now have a dedicated dashboard that surfaces all employee certifications across the organization in one place. The dashboard includes an expiring certifications view with configurable alert thresholds, advanced filtering by employee, department, certification type, and status, and one-click CSV export for compliance reporting. Admins can also upload and manage certification documents directly against each record, replacing manual tracking in spreadsheets or external systems.

Use case: An HR compliance manager runs a weekly review of expiring certifications, filters by department, exports the list for their records, and attaches the renewed certificate document — all without leaving the platform.

Merit Recommendations with Band Position Analysis — internal pay band and market comp ratio in merit planning

The merit recommendations workflow now surfaces each employee's position within their internal pay band alongside their market comp ratio, giving compensation managers the full picture during merit planning cycles. A new summary panel highlights the count of below-market employees, average comp ratio, and gap to midpoint across the selected workforce. Managers can filter recommendations to show only below-market employees, and a Market Intelligence alert appears automatically when external market data is available for benchmarking.

Use case: A compensation manager preparing annual merit increases filters to below-market employees in the engineering band, reviews the Market Intelligence alert for the latest benchmarks, and adjusts recommended increases accordingly — all within a single review screen.
