Job seekers visiting your public career portal can now interact with an AI assistant that answers questions about open roles, company culture, benefits, and workplace policies — all powered by your organization's own knowledge base. The assistant is available to any visitor, including anonymous users, so candidates get helpful, accurate information before they even apply. This reduces the volume of repetitive recruiting inquiries while giving candidates a more engaging and informative experience.

Use case: A candidate exploring a software engineering role asks the AI assistant about remote work policies and career growth opportunities — and gets an accurate, instant answer sourced from the company's knowledge base, without needing to contact a recruiter.

Candidate Portal OTP Login — one-time code login for job applicants

Candidates can now sign in to the candidate portal using a one-time passcode (OTP) delivered via email or SMS, eliminating the need to create and remember a password. This lowers friction at a critical moment in the hiring journey and gives applicants secure, personalized access to track their application status, update their profile, and manage preferences. The session-based authentication ensures that only verified candidates access their own data.

Use case: A candidate who applied two weeks ago receives an email update, clicks the link to check their application status, enters a six-digit code sent to their phone, and immediately sees where they stand in the process.

Alongside this, the job board now surfaces personalized job recommendations based on each candidate's profile, skills, and past applications — making it easier to discover relevant roles they might otherwise miss. Together, these features increase application rates and help candidates find the right opportunities faster.
