Draft Job Postings — Save job postings as drafts before publishing
Job postings in the Job Board now default to draft status when created, so recruiters can write, review, and finalize a posting before it goes live. A new "Save & Publish" button lets recruiters explicitly push the job to published status when it is ready. This prevents incomplete or unapproved postings from appearing to candidates prematurely.
Use case: A recruiter drafts a new engineering role, shares it internally for approval, and only publishes it once the hiring manager has confirmed the requirements are accurate.
Available in: Job Board → New Job → Save & Publish
Interview Workflow System — Customizable multi-stage interview pipelines for structured hiring
Admins can now define named interview workflows with ordered stages — such as phone screen, technical interview, and final round — directly within the Interview Scheduler. Each workflow supports draft, active, and archived states, making it easy to iterate on hiring processes without disrupting live pipelines. When scheduling interviews, recruiters can select a workflow and track candidate progress through each defined stage, giving hiring teams a consistent, repeatable structure across all open roles.
Use case: A talent acquisition team standardizes their engineering interview process into a four-stage workflow, and every recruiter scheduling interviews for that role follows the same defined stages with progress tracked automatically.
Available in: Interview Scheduler → Workflows → Manage Workflows
