E-Signature Offer Letters via Dropbox Sign — send legally binding offer letters for e-signature without leaving your HR platform

Offer Manager now integrates with Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign), enabling HR teams to generate a PDF offer letter and send it for legally binding e-signature directly from the platform. The offer letter is automatically populated with candidate and compensation details, sent to the recipient via Dropbox Sign, and the signature status is tracked and updated in real time. This eliminates the need to export documents, switch to a separate e-signature tool, and manually reconcile signed copies back into the system.

Use case: A recruiter extends an offer to a finalist candidate, clicks "Send for Signature" in Offer Manager, and the candidate receives a professionally formatted PDF via Dropbox Sign — the offer record updates automatically once signed, with no manual follow-up required.
