Breaking Down Silos in the Digital Workplace
In many organizations, digital tools have multiplied faster than they’ve been integrated. Leaders can’t see adoption or culture shifts clearly, employees waste time switching between systems, and frontline workers are often left with incomplete access to essential tools. The result is a fragmented experience where visibility, access, and trust are uneven.
With MangoApps 19.1, those barriers come down. This release strengthens MangoApps as the single pane of glass where leaders track, employees work, and IT trusts the flow of data across web, mobile, and frontline environments. From new analytics dashboards to expanded learning access and frontline-focused mobile features, MangoApps makes the workplace hub modern, connected, and useful for everyone.
Analytics Dashboards: Turning Signals into Insight

Understanding how employees engage, especially frontline staff, is critical for leaders making decisions about communication, culture, and investment. The new analytics dashboards give leaders rich visibility into engagement, adoption, usage, and content performance across posts, pages, and the platform as a whole.

These dashboards surface not just activity counts but meaningful patterns: which posts are actually reaching frontline teams, which training courses are being completed, or whether mobile adoption is keeping pace with desk usage. HR can measure the impact of recognition campaigns, IT can track tool adoption, and comms leaders can see which messages resonate across different employee groups.

The value is simple: signals that were once invisible are now actionable, turning raw activity into insight that guides decisions and strengthens culture.
New Workday Widgets: HR Essentials at Everyone’s Fingertips
Paychecks, benefits, training, and time-off shouldn’t require logging into multiple systems. With the new Workday widgets, these essentials are available right inside MangoApps, accessible on both web and mobile.

For frontline employees, this means they can quickly check pay, request time-off, or access training resources directly from their phone without toggling between apps. For desk-based employees, the same streamlined access reduces friction and saves time.
The result: HR essentials are democratized, giving every employee the same easy access to the resources they need to stay informed and supported.
Expanded Learning Access: Training Without Barriers
With MangoApps 19.1, the Learn module is no longer an exclusive add-on. A basic plan is now available to all customers. Employees can access up to 10 courses you create in MangoApps, including self-paced and instructor-led training, along with certifications, transcripts, and reports.

New widgets like Learn Catalog, My Learning, and Instructor-Led Training bring training into the flow of work, especially on mobile. And with multi-language subtitles now supported in video courses, frontline teams across geographies can learn in the language they’re most comfortable with.
The outcome is a more inclusive approach to workplace learning, ensuring that training and certification are accessible to everyone, not just those at a desk.
Mobile Enhancements: The Hub in Your Employee’s Pocket
For frontline workers, the mobile app is the workplace. That’s why MangoApps 19.1 introduces a set of enhancements designed to make the mobile hub as capable and connected as the web experience:
- Shift attestation: Frontline staff can review and attest hours worked directly in their schedule view, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Flagged messages in Priority Items: Employees can quickly review and act on important messages, approving or declining without delay.
- Improved mobile newsfeed and alerts with polls: Cleaner layouts and interactive alerts keep frontline staff engaged with updates that matter.
- Predictive search and consolidated task filters: Employees can find information faster and see all tasks, pending or completed, in one place.

These enhancements ensure that mobile isn’t a watered-down experience but a true workplace hub for frontline and desk employees alike.
Tracker & Workflow Enhancements: Less Manual Work, More Flow
Trackers in MangoApps are core to capturing and automating structured data, and with 19.1 they become even more powerful. This release brings major upgrades across data integration, workflows, and usability — all designed to reduce manual work and make information flow more seamlessly between systems.
- Expanded data import and export: Trackers can now import data from SOAP and JSON HTTPS endpoints in addition to existing SFTP sources, making it easier to connect with legacy systems like HRIS or IT service tools. Imported data can trigger workflows automatically, ensuring updates appear in real time. On the other side, tracker data can now be exported to SFTP endpoints on demand or by schedule, enabling integrations like profile updates or compliance reporting without manual intervention.
- Smarter field mapping: The importer now supports dot notation field names (e.g., street.name) commonly used in external systems like ServiceNow, ensuring smoother and more accurate data mapping into tracker columns.
- Workflow enhancements: New capabilities include updating values in look-ahead columns (User, Team, Location), enhanced time-based triggers with support for years, and the ability to map a tracker date column to set archival dates for posts published via workflow. These upgrades make automations more flexible and governance-ready.
- Usability improvements: Everyday admin tasks are faster with options to duplicate columns (with or without data), clone entire tracker structures along with workflows, and preserve filter preferences during row operations. Archived tables now support sorting, filtering, and column visibility controls, while new bulk toggles simplify managing table layouts.
For employees, these enhancements mean less time rekeying information and more confidence in the data they rely on. For admins, it means trackers can serve as true system connectors that keep compliance data, HR updates, and operational records in sync across the business without extra effort.
Built-in Google Meet Integration
Scheduling and joining meetings is now even easier with built-in Google Meet integration. Network admins can enable the integration in the Admin Portal, and once active, Google Meet appears alongside Zoom and Microsoft Teams as an option when creating events. Meeting links are automatically generated and included in the event details, so attendees can join directly from the MangoApps Calendar or News Feed without extra steps.
Events created in MangoApps sync in real time to Google Calendar, carrying over titles, descriptions, attendees, recurrence settings, and updates. If a recurring event instance is canceled in MangoApps, it is also removed from Google Calendar. For frontline staff who rely on mobile, this ensures they can join meetings with a single tap, while desk-based employees benefit from tighter calendar coordination.
The result is a smoother scheduling and meeting experience that reduces friction and ensures all employees, regardless of role or device, stay equally connected.
The MangoApps Difference
Many vendors promise a “hub,” but their solutions often fragment experiences between desktop and mobile, or between leaders and frontline employees. MangoApps is different. It combines insights, HR, training, collaboration, and governance into a single system and delivers it equally across devices and roles.
MangoApps 19.1 reinforces our vision of the digital workplace: a unified hub where leaders see insights, employees access daily tools, and IT governs with confidence. Every worker, whether frontline or desk-based, shares the same connected experience.
The result is a workplace where insights drive leadership, tools empower employees, and everyone works from one modern, trusted hub.
