By providing your telephone number(s) and confirming your acceptance of SMS/text messages from MangoApps, through electronic and/or digital means, you expressly consent to receive recurring MangoApps related service text messages from your employer and others texting on behalf of your employer. You may opt out of these communications at any time. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of MangoApps services.

Program Description
MangoApps text messages are intended to provide you with information from your employer related to work and the company.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans). MangoApps does not impose a separate fee for sending text messages.

How to Opt In
To opt in to receive text messages from MangoApps, please follow the instructions provided when you enroll via the MangoApps powered employee portal or smartphone application.

How to Opt Out
To stop receiving text messages from MangoApps, use the mobile phone corresponding to the number enrolled in MangoApps text messages and reply “STOP” in response to a text message from the MangoApps text messaging program. You can also simply remove the phone number from your profile in the MangoApps portal. 

Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for updating your phone number if you change your mobile telephone number.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For help or support, please contact your companies MangoApps administrators. 

Changes to Terms and Conditions
MangoApps may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall not apply retroactively and will be effective seven (7) days after notice is provided.

Termination of Text Messaging
MangoApps may suspend or terminate your receipt of MangoApps text messages for any reason, including if MangoApps believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions.

Communications and Consent to Electronic Notices
You agree that notices sent by email satisfy any requirement that notices be provided in writing. If you do not agree, do not use MangoApps products or services.
