Built-In Single Sign-On for Business Apps — SAML single sign-on without a separate identity provider
MangoApps can now be the identity provider for the other business apps a company uses, so employees who are signed in to MangoApps are signed in to those apps too. Until now, companies needed Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or OneLogin for this. Administrators register an app by pasting its SAML metadata. They then choose which identifier the app receives (email, employee number or a private per-app ID) and which job titles, locations or groups can use it, and copy the details the app needs from the same page. Registered apps appear as tiles in the app launcher, on the Home page and on the phone, and a shortcut can take a person straight to a specific page inside the app. Each company signs with its own key, and every sign-in attempt is recorded in the SSO logs.
Use case: A retailer without a separate identity provider connects its scheduling vendor and benefits portal once, and store employees open both from their MangoApps home screen without another password.

Live Captions for Town Halls — closed captions for live employee broadcasts
Livestreams broadcast in MangoApps now show live captions while the host is on air, which makes town halls and all-hands meetings accessible to deaf and hard-of-hearing employees and easier to follow on a noisy shop floor. When scheduling a stream, the host picks the language they will speak: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish. The recording's captions use the same language. Catch-me-up and the AI recap now draw on what was actually said as well as the chat and questions, so people who join late or miss the session get a more complete summary.
Use case: A plant manager hosts a monthly safety town hall in Spanish, and workers watching on a phone in a loud break room follow along with live Spanish captions.

Moderated Live Q&A and Sessions Without Video — moderated Q&A for town halls, in person or hybrid
Hosts now choose how audience questions reach the room. With Open, questions appear straight away. With Filtered, questions caught by the language screen are held. With Reviewed, every question waits for a moderator. Sessions open to the whole company start as Reviewed. Moderators approve, edit or dismiss questions from a live queue, can change the mode while the session runs, and can download all of a session's questions as a spreadsheet afterwards. A session no longer needs to be streamed in MangoApps: it can link to video on another platform, or have no video at all for an in-person meeting. The live Q&A, polls and chat still run in the app.
Use case: An HR team runs a hybrid all-hands in a conference room and on Microsoft Teams, collects reviewed questions from frontline staff in MangoApps, and exports them to follow up on anything left unanswered.
Available in: Livestreaming → Schedule stream → Questions and Video
