RFP Bid Win/Loss Tracking — Track RFP wins and reuse winning proposal answers

Every submitted RFP response now has a "How did it go?" card where the person responsible for the bid, or an RFP Desk admin, can mark the bid as won or lost. If the outcome was recorded by mistake, they can change it or clear it. Marking a bid as won starts an answer harvest: the approved answers from the winning response are sent back as candidates for your answer library, and a reviewer decides which ones to keep. Proposal teams get a record of how each bid ended, and the library grows from the responses that won business.

Use case: A proposal manager hears that the company won a large services RFP, marks the bid as won in RFP Desk, and the team's subject-matter experts are invited to add the winning answers to the library for the next questionnaire.
