Sites App — internal and external web page builder for organizations
MangoApps now includes a Sites app that lets organizations build and publish rich, structured web pages — whether for internal portals, department hubs, or external-facing content. Pages are built from composable content sections, supported by a company asset library for images and documents, and can be drafted or refined using AI-assisted generation. Audience targeting controls who can see each page, and published pages can sync automatically to the knowledge base so employees always find current information.
Use case: An HR team builds a benefits hub page targeting employees in a specific location, populates it with approved brand assets from the library, and lets an AI draft the initial copy — then publishes it knowing it will stay in sync with related knowledge base articles.

Per-App Administrator Role — granular admin access without global permissions
Administrators can now designate specific users as administrators for individual marketplace apps — such as EPMS, Service Desk, Benefits, Succession Hub, or Bookings — without granting those users platform-wide admin rights. App administrators gain full admin-level access within their designated app and are managed directly from the App Store page for that app, through a searchable employee picker. This makes it practical to delegate ownership of individual tools to the teams that run them.
Use case: A compensation manager is given admin access to EPMS so they can manage merit review templates and reward letters, without gaining visibility into unrelated admin areas like system settings or other apps.

Wikis AI Agent — query and browse wiki content through Ask AI
The Ask AI assistant can now search and retrieve content from the Wikis app directly. Users can ask questions, browse wiki pages, and get answers drawn from internal wiki content without leaving the AI interface. Admin users also have access to gated write operations through the agent, enabling content management from within the AI experience. The Wikis Agent is registered in the platform's agent registry and integrates with the hybrid intent router so relevant queries are automatically directed to wiki content.
Use case: A new employee asks Ask AI about the company's expense reimbursement process and receives a summarized answer pulled directly from the relevant wiki page, without needing to know where the wiki lives or how to navigate it.
