Asset Pro EOL Timeline Report — hardware asset end-of-life tracking and lifecycle planning

Asset Pro now includes a dedicated End-of-Life Timeline Report that gives asset managers a clear, date-driven view of when hardware assets are approaching or past their end-of-life. EOL dates are automatically calculated from each asset's deployment or purchase date combined with the useful-life setting defined at the category level — eliminating manual tracking in spreadsheets. The report supports drill-down by category, flexible filters, and CSV export for use in procurement planning or budget forecasting.

Use case: An IT manager planning next year's hardware refresh can open the EOL Timeline Report, filter to laptops deployed in 2021, and immediately see which devices are expiring in the next six months — then export the list for a budget request.
