AI Home — Unified AI Priority Dashboard for HR Teams

AI Home is a new dedicated page that aggregates and ranks your most important action items across every HR domain — recruiting, scheduling, timekeeping, contracts, onboarding, and more. Instead of checking each module separately, managers and HR administrators get a single prioritized view of what needs attention today, with high-priority items flagged in red and a clear "all clear" state when nothing is pending. An AI Home widget also appears directly on the main dashboard for quick access without leaving your current workflow.

Use case: A manager opens their dashboard in the morning and immediately sees three high-priority items across recruiting, timekeeping, and onboarding — a pending offer approval, an unapproved timesheet, and a new hire missing required documents — all without navigating to individual apps.

Performance Review Mutual Visibility — See Manager Feedback After Both Sides Submit

Employees can now view their manager's ratings, written comments, assessment fields, and overall score directly on their performance review page — but only after both the employee and the manager have completed and submitted their portions of the review. This mutual-submission gate ensures neither side is influenced by the other during the assessment process, while still giving employees full transparency into their manager's evaluation before the review meeting takes place.

Use case: An employee completes their self-assessment and submits it; once their manager also submits the manager review, the employee can log back in and see their manager's ratings and comments side-by-side with their own responses before their scheduled review meeting.
