Performance AI Team Insights — AI assistant for managers to track team reviews, goals, and retention risk
Managers and HR admins can now use the AI assistant to get a complete picture of their team's performance activity without navigating multiple screens. Ask the assistant to list overdue reviews, pull up in-progress goals by priority, surface recent feedback for a specific employee, or generate a retention risk summary across the entire team — all from a single conversational interface. Beyond viewing data, managers can also take action: submit continuous feedback for a colleague, kick off a draft performance review, or generate an AI-assisted reward letter, each with a confirmation step before anything is saved.
Use case: A people manager preparing for a quarterly check-in asks the assistant to show all overdue reviews on their team and any high-risk employees flagged by predictive analytics — then drafts a reward letter for a top performer, all without leaving the chat.
