Service Desk Access Requests — automated access request and approval workflow

Employees can now submit access requests for groups or systems directly through the Service Desk app. Each request follows a structured lifecycle — submitted, approved or rejected by a designated approver, then automatically executed — with email notifications at every stage and a full audit trail. This eliminates the need for informal access requests over email or chat, giving IT and HR teams a centralized, trackable process for managing permissions and provisioning.

Use case: A new hire needs access to a shared drive and a distribution group — they submit a single access request through the Service Desk, their manager approves it, and the system provisions access automatically without any manual IT intervention.

Available in: Service Desk → Access Requests

AI Assistant for Libraries — conversational search and management for company resources

The Libraries app now includes a built-in AI assistant that lets employees find company resources in plain language — policies, handbooks, brand assets, HR documents, and more — without knowing which library or category to look in. Admins with the appropriate permissions can also use the assistant to create, update, or remove library items directly through conversation. The assistant is powered by the same AI infrastructure used across the platform and can be enabled or disabled per organization.

Use case: An employee asks "Where can I find the remote work policy?" and the Libraries AI instantly surfaces the relevant document, regardless of which library it's filed under.

Available in: Libraries → AI Assistant (enable under Libraries → Settings)

Bookings Waitlist — get notified when a booked workspace becomes available

When employees try to book a workspace or resource that is already reserved for their desired time, they can now join a waitlist with a single click. If the existing booking is cancelled, waitlisted employees are notified automatically and can complete their booking. Admins can enable or disable waitlist functionality per space configuration.

Use case: An employee wants to reserve a conference room that shows as booked for their meeting time — they join the waitlist and receive a notification the following morning when the booking is released.

Available in: Bookings → Book a Space
