Product Update - April 08, 2026
Workers' Compensation Reporting — WCB and workers' comp leave compliance reports
Leave Compliance Reports now include a dedicated Workers' Compensation tab that aggregates all WCB and workers' comp leave requests in one place. The report surfaces employee details, absence dates, and hours worked, and supports filtering by date range and business location. A CSV export is included so teams can share data with insurers or external payroll partners without manual extraction.
Use case: A safety coordinator needs to compile all workers' compensation absences for a quarterly insurance audit — they can now pull the complete report with location and date filters and export it directly, without cross-referencing multiple leave records by hand.

Retroactive Bulk Compensation Changes — backdate compensation effective dates for retro pay
Bulk compensation updates can now be applied with a retroactive effective date, removing the previous restriction that required the effective date to be in the future. This is designed for scenarios where pay changes are finalized after the period they apply to — such as post-ratification CBA adjustments or delayed approval cycles — so that payroll systems can run accurate retro calculations against the correct compensation history.
Use case: After a collective bargaining agreement is ratified in April with a March effective date, an HR administrator can apply the negotiated pay increases retroactively across all affected employees in a single bulk action, ensuring payroll reflects the correct history from the agreed start date.

Classifieds: Contact Methods, Location Tracking & Thumbnail Selection — employee marketplace listing improvements
Classifieds listings now offer three meaningful new capabilities for sellers. First, contact method selection lets sellers choose whether buyers reach them by email, phone call, or text message, with the appropriate contact field required on the form and the matching contact button shown on the listing detail page. Second, listings can now be linked to a specific business location from the company directory or given a custom address — buyers can filter the browse page by location to find nearby listings. Third, sellers can designate a primary thumbnail photo for each listing, with the selected image highlighted and used as the cover image across the marketplace.
Use case: An employee listing a piece of equipment for sale can set their work location so colleagues in the same office can find it quickly, choose phone as the preferred contact method, and select the clearest photo as the thumbnail — all within the same listing form.
