  • Find Any Setting in Seconds: The Service Desk settings sidebar has been consolidated from 8 separate sections down to 4 clear groupsβ€”Intake, Routing, Tickets, and Advanced. Shorter labels, tighter spacing, and no more scrolling past single-item sections to find what you need.

  • AI Settings Now Apply to All Channels: AI classification, confidence thresholds, response mode, and related intake settings have moved from the Email Channel tab to a dedicated Intake Processing tab. These settings were always business-wide, but their placement under "Email" made them easy to miss. Now they live where they belongβ€”front and center for all intake channels.

  • Great Defaults Out of the Box: New Service Desk installations now ship with sensible defaults for every setting. No more manual configuration required to get a well-tuned help desk running on day one.

  • Cleaner App Sidebar: The Settings sub-menu was simplified from 8 deep-links to 4 focused entry points (Intake, Routing, Tickets, Advanced), so you spend less time navigating and more time configuring.

  • Change Management Settings Load Inline: Change Management configuration now loads correctly within the main settings hub instead of occasionally showing a blank panel.

  • Stronger Security on Settings Updates: Settings saves are now strictly scoped to the active tab, preventing any possibility of unintended configuration changes.
