Our small business plan is designed for organizations with 20 employees or more. If you have fewer than twenty employees, you can still sign up and pay for twenty licenses. The small business plan has no upper limit. However, if you have more than 100 employees and are growing rapidly, you might benefit from our enterprise services. We do offer a 25% discount to non-profit organizations.

Small business plan include 10GB of storage per user. The amount of storage included is enough for 99.9% of our customers. If you require additional storage, we are happy to add more for a small fee. For clarification, each user is not limited to 10GB—the domain as a whole gets a total of 10GB times the number of users. As such, it is rare that any of our customers run into issues with data storage.

1 guest user is included for free per network user. Additional guest users are just $2/user/month. This enables you to invite outside collaborators into designated workspaces, making it easier to get work done involving your closest partner relationships.

MangoApps' small business plan is available only as a cloud-based service. We do not offer a self-hosted version of MangoApps under our small business plan.
