The Role

Are you passionate about storytelling and technology? As a Solution Consultant at MangoApps, you'll work closely with Account Executives to understand prospects’ needs, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and ensure MangoApps aligns with their technical and business challenges. You’ll play a key role in the sales cycle by providing technical expertise and helping drive business growth.

What you will do:

  • Discovery & Analysis: Partner with Account Executives to conduct discovery sessions, identifying prospects' business and technical challenges, and mapping them to MangoApps solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Explain complex concepts and deliver customized, impactful demos to various audiences, from IT to senior executives.
  • Solution Customization: Create tailored demonstrations and proofs-of-concept, showing how MangoApps fits into the client’s specific processes.
  • RFP Management: Lead the preparation of RFPs/RFIs, ensuring our responses align with client requirements and position MangoApps as the ideal solution.
  • Objection Handling: Address concerns by demonstrating product fit, integrations, scalability, and drawing contrast from other solutions.
  • Sales Collaboration: Support Account Executives throughout the sales process, contributing to deal strategy and technical validation.
  • Continuous Learning & Teaching: Stay up-to-date on product and industry trends to provide ongoing advice during the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a background in SaaS-based product management or product marketing, and strong expertise in RFP/RFI management.
  • Demonstration Skills: Proven ability to tailor solutions and demonstrations to address specific client needs.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Proactive and able to explain complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences while building strong relationships.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in managing multiple projects and setting priorities.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, information sciences, engineering, or a related field.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed (a few times a year).

Compensation:

  • The base compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $125,000
