MangoApps seeks an Enterprise Software Implementation Specialist to work on our customer success and implementation team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will work with our customers to help formulate and implement their strategy for their MangoApps solution and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and usage of the platform.
You must be comfortable working with a variety of mid-size and enterprise customers from a range of industries. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, address questions, resolve issues and serve as a trusted solution expert.
This role offers the option of a hybrid schedule for candidates located in the Greater Seattle area or a fully remote schedule for candidates located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer use cases and provide expertise on how MangoApps can be leveraged to meet and exceed their goals
- Effectively manage the customer launch process from contract signature through the deployment of the solution, taking full responsibility for delivery and implementation
- Organize and coordinate customer onboarding and training through virtual web conferences and help documentation
- Simultaneously run several implementation projects, communicate project data, track and analyze the status of all ongoing projects
- Collect customer product requests and drive prioritization through MangoApps’ development process
- Reproduce issues reported by customers and work closely with internal resources to bring them to closure
- Produce product training videos
- Conduct virtual or live training sessions and webinars for customers as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field highly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in software implementation
- Technical background and experience with rollout/training of SaaS products
- Experience in modern Web tools, concepts, and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative in identifying and addressing client needs
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues on the spot and provide effective solutions
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional virtual facilitation and presentation skills
