About the Role:
MangoApps is seeking an experienced Enterprise SaaS QA Tester to join our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our software products exceed customer expectations for quality, reliability, and usability. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly detail-oriented, passionate about user experience, and an excellent communicator. This role requires strong testing skills, SaaS domain knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across product, development, and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct tests for new features and bug fixes, ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Report defects with clear documentation, including steps to reproduce and details to help developers resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform regression testing to confirm that updates do not introduce new defects or impact existing functionality.
- Set up new features and use cases in demo environments for both testing and demonstrations.
- Maintain test environments that mimic real-world usage to ensure effective product validation.
- Create and update test documentation to ensure thorough tracking of testing activities.
- Conduct usability testing to understand user needs and ensure products are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure products consistently exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., UX Design, Product Management).
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious mindset with the ability to test for both expected and unexpected behaviors.
- Passion for solving complex issues and improving user experiences.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Must be located in the Greater Seattle Area.
