Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing enterprise sales team. This is a highly visible, collaborative position with quota-carrying responsibility for generating a net-new sales pipeline each quarter. The BDR's main focus is to identify, develop, and create new business opportunities for our Enterprise Account Executives. If you are a high-achiever with an interest to join a fast-growing winning team in the B2B Enterprise SaaS space, this may be the right opportunity for you!


What you will do:

  • Identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities
  • Take a strategic approach to outreach and work specifically with our "key accounts" in North America
  • Work closely with your Account Executives to drive successful business growth
  • Understand unique customer needs and align customer profiles to ensure a successful outcome
  • Build strong internal, external, and cross-functional relationships


What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Development role with an enterprise software solution
  • Proven track record in opening doors at large enterprises
  • High energy + positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Go-getter/self-starter mentality (take initiative!)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Driven to succeed and outperform expectations
  • A team player who’s passionate about helping others to succeed
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree (any additional education is valuable)
  • Located in the Greater Seattle area
