MangoApps is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to lead our customer onboarding and implementation team. As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team dedicated to ensuring new customers have a smooth and successful transition onto the MangoApps platform. You will manage and oversee onboarding processes, coordinate resources, and collaborate closely with various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will engage directly with customers to understand their business goals, ensure their onboarding journey aligns with these objectives, and help them achieve successful implementation of MangoApps software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Onboarding Specialists.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, guiding customers through use-cases, setup, configuration, and user adoption.
  • Develop and continuously improve onboarding plans, playbooks, and resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams on customer needs.
  • Conduct onboarding calls, product walkthroughs, and training sessions.
  • Monitor customer progress, identify any challenges, and proactively address roadblocks.
  • Provide tailored recommendations to optimize the customer’s use of the platform.
  • Gather and document customer feedback for ongoing improvements.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to the post-launch Customer Success team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and digital workplace tools.
  • Skilled in developing customer-facing resources (e.g., training guides, videos, documentation).
  • Strong skills in managing multiple projects and setting priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Compensation:

  • The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000
