About MangoApps and TinyTake:

MangoApps is an established leader in the enterprise software space, known for our innovative digital work hub products. TinyTake, a long-standing screen capture and recording tool made by MangoApps, is now expanding to encompass a post-sale customer community and customer experience platform. This strategic pivot marks a significant new chapter in our journey.

The Role:

As the Marketing Manager for TinyTake, you will spearhead the brand's transformation and oversee its demand generation strategies. This role is integral to introducing and establishing TinyTake as a B2B customer community and experience platform in new markets, requiring a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to establish TinyTake in its new category.
  • Lead demand generation efforts, targeting the right audience and creating high-intent opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to craft compelling messaging and customer personas.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets and campaigns across various channels (email, social media, webinars, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance to continuously refine strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of launching new products and building brands in new categories.
  • Expertise in demand generation and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working cross-functionally and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the agility and drive to thrive in a dynamic environment.
