We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this all-encompassing role, you will be responsible for guiding various aspects of the MangoApps product through the full product life cycle, from market research and definition to design, documentation, and marketing. This is a unique opportunity to shape and contribute to the success of our product while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and market trends. Analyze competitive products and gather insights to inform product strategy
- Product Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and functionality. Develop a clear product roadmap and prioritize features based on business goals and customer feedback
- Product Design: Work closely with design teams to translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final design specifications
- Documentation: Create comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, product specifications, and release notes. Ensure clear communication with development teams for a thorough understanding of product requirements
- Marketing Support: Develop marketing strategies and collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, such as product descriptions, presentations, and collateral. Assist in product launches and promotional campaigns
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, ensuring the product meets defined quality standards and is free of defects
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, computer science, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with product management concepts, methodologies, and tools
- Knowledge of software development processes and design principles, with related technical skills being a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and devise innovative solutions to meet customer needs
- Strong documentation skills to create and maintain comprehensive records, facilitating knowledge transfer and user adoption
- Basic project management skills, including time management and organizational abilities
- A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative, driving projects to completion independently
