About the Role
We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical bridge between product, marketing, and sales—focused on enabling revenue teams and showcasing the power of MangoApps to prospective and current customers. You’ll manage demo environments, support high-impact customer engagements, and create compelling product marketing materials that drive sales success.
You’ll also serve as a subject matter expert on the MangoApps platform, delivering live demos and developing sales content. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, enjoys hands-on product work, and loves translating product value into real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creation, management, and customization of demo environments used by sales and customer success teams
- Deliver live and recorded product demonstrations tailored to the needs of prospects and customers
- Act as a subject matter expert in sales conversations, customer calls, and strategic demos
- Create product marketing materials and enablement content, including product overviews, slide decks, demo scripts, and feature one-pagers
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product readiness, and customer needs
- Train internal teams on new features, positioning, and product updates
- Support RFP and security questionnaire responses in partnership with sales
- Gather insights from the field to inform product messaging, usability improvements, and customer experience
- Support product releases by preparing demo materials, customer-facing content, and internal updates that highlight new features and improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in product management, product marketing, solutions engineering, technical sales, or similar roles—preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering live demos
- Experience managing and maintaining demo environments or product sandboxes
- Proven ability to respond to complex RFPs with input from cross-functional teams
- Highly collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using tools like Figma, CRM systems, demo platforms, and documentation tools
